If you're not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused.
• Be in its original condition.
• Be returned with any original packaging where possible.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Future Made-to-Order Items

Some products may be made to order in the future.
