Yes. Every Made By Jemma Thai piece is handmade with care, making each one unique.

Are all products one of a kind?

Many of our designs are made in small quantities, and due to their handmade nature, slight variations make every piece unique.

Do you accept custom orders?

Selected designs may be available in alternative colours or made to order. Availability will vary depending on current workload and materials.

How long will my order take?

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Made-to-order pieces will have an estimated creation time shown on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?

We hope to! Shipping destinations will continue to expand as the business grows.
